Key Responsibilities
- Promote and sell laboratory equipment, instruments, and scientific solutions to customers.
- Build and maintain relationships with laboratories, research institutes, universities, and industrial customers.
- Identify new business opportunities and develop existing customer accounts.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products and solutions.
- Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and provide technical support when required.
- Prepare quotations, follow up on sales opportunities, and negotiate with customers.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and after-sales support.
- Achieve sales targets and maintain an updated sales pipeline.
- Attend exhibitions, seminars, and customer visits to promote the company's products.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Chemistry or a related science discipline.
- Candidates without experience are welcome to apply as training will be provided.
- Candidates with laboratory experience who are interested in moving into sales are welcome to apply.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-focused with strong relationship-building abilities.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.
- Willing to travel for customer visits when required.
