Key Responsibilities
Manage and grow consumables sales across Pharma, Biopharma, Chemical Materials, Food, Environmental, and Academia markets.
Engage new and existing customers through virtual meetings, calls, and digital platforms, with selective onsite visits.
Maintain and expand relationships with existing customers and business partners while developing new accounts.
Execute account and territory plans aligned with regional business objectives.
Plan and support customer seminars, webinars, and workshops (virtual and onsite).
Provide technical and application-level guidance on chemistry consumables and related workflows.
Collaborate closely with Instrument Sales, Applications and Service teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Support consumables and LC solution demonstrations where required.
Utilize CRM and Quotation systems to manage opportunities and forecasts accurately.
Act as a technical sponsor to customers post-installation, supporting training and adoption where needed.
Education & Experience
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemistry or a related scientific discipline.
35 years of experience in sales, applications, or technical support within the life sciences or analytical industry.
Experience with LC, LC-MS, and chemistry consumables (e.g. LC columns, SPE) is highly advantageous.

Travel
Regular local travel within Singapore and periodic travel to Malaysia.
