Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and Manage: Oversee a team of analysts and technicians performing advanced testing and analysis on polymer products.
• Ensure Quality Standards: Develop, update, and maintain quality and safety procedures in line with regulatory standards.
• Laboratory Operations: Ensure proper calibration and maintenance of laboratory equipment, troubleshoot issues, and oversee smooth daily operations.
• Collaborate Across Teams: Partner with Sales and Production teams to address technical issues and support investigations.
• Drive Safety & Compliance: Contribute to ISO certification, safety initiatives, and adherence to environmental regulations.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Polymer Technology, Material Engineering, or related fields.
• Minimum 3 years experience in chemical testing or quality assurance with hands-on experience in ISO9000 or related ISO management systems.
• Strong understanding of quality assurance processes, ISO9000 and ISO management systems.
• Excellent communication skills, team-oriented, and proactive with strong problem-solving abilities in a fast-paced environment.
