Our client is a MNC company, one of the leading players in the Environmental sector. Due to business needs, they are now recruiting a Chemist to be part of their team for ongoing transformation projects. They are located in the West - easily accessible.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver technical guidance/advice to the various company's stakeholders concerning matters related to waste management, encompassing secure waste handling processes and cost breakdown analysis
- Collaborate closely with the company's various departments to establish efficient and economical methods for treating/recovering incoming or customer-generated waste
- Enhance the company's existing waste treatment approaches, exploring the development of innovative methods
- Assist in the proper segregation of incoming waste materials, allocating them to the appropriate departments, and ensuring safe and proper treatment
- Maintain a high standard of cleanliness/organization within the laboratory
- Adhere to the company's established systems and documentation procedures
- All other adhoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Minimum Degree in Chemistry or other relevant field of studies
- Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience
