Chemist (Environmental Lab)

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and verify laboratory test results generate and email analysis reports to clients.
• Perform laboratory testing on environmental samples and accurately report test data.
• Supervise junior analysts in routine sample analysis to ensure accuracy and reliability.
• Cover duties for analysts or administrative staff when needed.
• Oversee quality control procedures and troubleshoot laboratory instruments.
• Conduct training for lab personnel on testing procedures and equipment use.
• Maintain and update the laboratory's quality system in compliance with SAC-SINGLAS requirements.
• Ensure equipment performance and data reliability through routine QA/QC protocols and scheduled preventive maintenance.
• Participate in planning and distribution of lab work.
• Maintain strong client relationships and provide support for after-hours sample activation when needed.
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Bachelors Degree in Chemistry or related
• Team player & fast learner
• Possess willing to learn attitude
