Perform daily batch processes in accordance to SOP and comply strictly to safety, quality and environmental guidelines.
Perform equipment line-ups and operate reactors in accordance to established practices and procedures.
Charge chemicals into reactor manually.
Carry out drumming operations as and when required.
Report all process/equipment/environmental abnormalities, incidents and/or near misses to Shift Superintendent/Engineer/Production Manager. Take part in further investigation when required.
Adhere to Company and departmental procedures, SHEQ rules and regulations, and GMP at all times.
Carry out scheduled housekeeping activities.
Ensure proper handover and takeover during shift changes.
Participate as CERT member.
Requirements:
ITE Certificate/ Diploma in Engineering (Chemical), Engineering (Industrial), Engineering (Material Science), Engineering (Mechanical), Engineering (Petroleum/Oil/Gas) or equivalent.
Relevant working experience in chemical industries.
On-the-job raining will be provided for entry level.
An effective team player with good communication skills.
Must be able to work on 12-hours rotating shift in Jurong Island.
Remuneration will commensurate with qualifications and experience.
