Job Descriptions:
- Experienced in chemical surface treatment processes, including electroplating, chemical polishing, and anodizing.
- Skilled in operating automated production lines for electroplating or anodizing applications.
- Hands-on ability to adjust jigs and fixtures, fine-tune equipment settings, use measurement tools, and troubleshoot to ensure product quality and compliance with specifications.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams and stakeholders in China to provide production support and drive continuous improvement towards meeting or exceeding established KPIs.
Job Requirements:
- Process Quality Experience: Demonstrated experience in quality development for CNC machining, surface treatment, and assembly processes.
- Software Skills: Proficient in 2D/3D CAD tools and Microsoft Office applications.
- Communication: B3 in O Level Chinese, or equivalent, is required to support Chinese speaking internal and external stakeholder.
- Soft Skills: Proactive, communication and coordination abilities to collaborate efficiently across upstream and downstream functions.
