Responsibilities:

. Operate Reactor and mixing tanks to meet daily production targets

. Controlling and maintaining process parameters of Reactor through DCS

. Usage of flow meters and pumps to dose resins and solvents

. Use of drums to dose solvents

. Perform simple chemical analysis to check in-process quality

. Operate the grinding mills and mixing stirrer

. Operate pumps and filters to pack products into drums or IBC containers

. Maintaining good housekeeping and safety standards

Requirements:

Attributes

. Willingness to learn and an excellent attitude

. Must be willing to work on shift and perform overtime work if required

. Must be physically able as work involves some manual lifting and working in a non-airconditioned environment

Qualifications

. Able to read, write and speak English

. Prior experience in a Chemical manufacturing environment is required

. Minimum Diploma/ITE in Chemical Technology is required.
