Job Title: Chemical Process Technician
$2800 - $4000

Shift Type: 12-hour rotating shifts
Job Responsibilities:
- Ensure compliance with all statutory and corporate safety, health, and environmental (HSE) regulations.
- Maintain the plant at optimal operating conditions to achieve production targets with minimal downtime
- Conduct routine plant patrols and inspections to ensure operational reliability and safety.
- Perform sampling and in-process quality control (QC) analysis.
- Prepare master batch and sub-raw materials according to production specifications.
- Assist the Shift Superintendent in taking timely and appropriate actions during plant emergencies.
- Carry out basic maintenance tasks on plant equipment when needed.
- Provide operational support to other departments (e.g., Technical, Distribution, Sales) during routine operations and new product commissioning.
- Participate as part of the Emergency Response Team (ERT) during plant emergencies.
- Maintain good housekeeping practices to ensure a clean and safe working environment.
Job Requirements:
- NITEC or Diploma in Chemical Engineering / Chemical Process Technology or equivalent.
- Willing and able to work 12-hour rotating shifts.
- Hands-on, proactive, and able to multitask in a dynamic work environment.
- Fresh graduates from ITE or Polytechnic are welcome to apply.
