Chemical Engineer - Environmental MNC, West (Shift Hours)

Our client is a MNC company in the Environmental industry. Due to their current expansion plan, they are looking for a Chemical Engineer to join their Engineering team, in hopes of developing the current high performing team. They are located in the West - easily accessible.

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate/Analyze the various equipment while designing the necessary treatment procedures for the company's wastewater treatment plants
• Assume responsibility for ensuring the water quality compliance at each of the wastewater treatment plants
• Help in maintaining the safety and operational integrity of the wastewater treatment plants, ensuring that all equipment operates smoothly with minimal disruptions, and that the regular/necessary servicing is being conducted
• Verify/Monitor the calibrations/inspections of the various designated plant equipment, ensuring that they are up to date
• Collaborate with the company's PSM team and laboratory department with regards to waste flow/waste treatment procedures
• Assist in optimizing/enhancing the efficiency of the wastewater treatment plants operations
• Follow all safety protocols within the plant, and promote them to the various operators
• All other adhoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry or other relevant field of studies
• Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience
• Able to commit to shift hours
