Lead and manage kitchen operations to deliver high-quality Korean cuisine while ensuring food safety, cost control, and staff development in a dynamic restaurant environment.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the kitchen team to achieve efficient and professional kitchen operations
  • Ensure consistent food quality, presentation, and compliance with safety standards to enhance customer satisfaction
  • Oversee inventory management, budgeting, and cost control to optimize kitchen profitability
  • Train and mentor kitchen staff to maintain high standards of culinary excellence and operational efficiency
  • Apply creativity and culinary skills to develop and prepare authentic Korean dishes and side dishes
  • Maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment by enforcing hygiene and safety protocols

Required competencies and certifications

  • Experience working in a Korean kitchen environment
