- Lead and manage the kitchen team to achieve efficient and professional kitchen operations
- Ensure consistent food quality, presentation, and compliance with safety standards to enhance customer satisfaction
- Oversee inventory management, budgeting, and cost control to optimize kitchen profitability
- Train and mentor kitchen staff to maintain high standards of culinary excellence and operational efficiency
- Apply creativity and culinary skills to develop and prepare authentic Korean dishes and side dishes
- Maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment by enforcing hygiene and safety protocols
Required competencies and certifications
