Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare assigned dishes on your station with precision and efficiency, ensuring the highest quality and consistency.
  • Maintain a clean and organized station, adhering to all safety and hygiene standards.
  • Participate in menu development and recipe creation, showcasing your culinary skills and creativity.
  • Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to ensure smooth service during peak hours.
  • Assist senior chefs with plating and presentation.
  • Mentor and train commis cooks to deliver exceptional dining experience for our guests
  • Maintain awareness of stock levels and place orders for necessary ingredients.
  • Implement food waste reduction strategies in your station, promoting sustainability & profitability
