Job Description

Our Chinese restaurant specializing in Chinese cuisine is looking for an experienced and passionate Chef to join our team. The ideal candidate should be skilled in authentic Sichuan-style cooking, able to design flavorful and creative menus, and lead the kitchen team to maintain high food quality standards.

Responsibilities:

  • Plan and develop authentic Korean menus, considering cost, taste, and seasonal ingredients.
  • Supervise and manage daily kitchen operations.
  • Ensure all dishes are prepared and presented according to restaurant standards.
  • Train and guide kitchen staff in cooking techniques and hygiene practices.
  • Monitor stock levels, ingredients, and kitchen supplies place orders as needed.
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness and food safety in the kitchen.
  • Innovate and introduce new dishes to keep the menu attractive.
  • Handle feedback from customers and improve where necessary.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Chef, preferably in a Chinese restaurant.
  • Strong knowledge of Chinese cooking techniques and flavors.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Able to work efficiently under pressure and handle multiple tasks.
  • High standards of food quality, hygiene, and presentation.
  • Passion for creating delicious and authentic Chinese dishes.
