Our Chinese restaurant specializing in Chinese cuisine is looking for an experienced and passionate Chef to join our team. The ideal candidate should be skilled in authentic Sichuan-style cooking, able to design flavorful and creative menus, and lead the kitchen team to maintain high food quality standards.
Responsibilities:
- Plan and develop authentic Korean menus, considering cost, taste, and seasonal ingredients.
- Supervise and manage daily kitchen operations.
- Ensure all dishes are prepared and presented according to restaurant standards.
- Train and guide kitchen staff in cooking techniques and hygiene practices.
- Monitor stock levels, ingredients, and kitchen supplies place orders as needed.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and food safety in the kitchen.
- Innovate and introduce new dishes to keep the menu attractive.
- Handle feedback from customers and improve where necessary.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Chef, preferably in a Chinese restaurant.
- Strong knowledge of Chinese cooking techniques and flavors.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Able to work efficiently under pressure and handle multiple tasks.
