. Musthave Excellent Experience with INDIAN Cuisine, Sichuan Cuisine, North-easternCuisine, Hunan Cuisine.
. Ensuring that all food is of excellent quality and served in a timely manner.
. Flexibleadaptability to all roles including dishwashing, disposal of trash etc
. Planningthe menu, keeping in mind budget, and availability of seasonal ingredients.
. Overseeingall kitchen operations. Coordinating kitchen staff, and assisting them asrequired.
. Trainingstaff to prepare and cook all the menu items.
. Takingstock of ingredients and equipment, and placing orders to replenish stock.
. Enforcingsafety and sanitation standards in the kitchen.
. Creatingnew recipes to keep the menu fresh.
. Keepingup to date with industry trends.
. Receivingfeedback and making improvements where necessary.
. Willingto work in weekends and public holidays
. Willingto work long hours.
