Job Description

ChefResponsibilities:

. Musthave Excellent Experience with INDIAN Cuisine, Sichuan Cuisine, North-easternCuisine, Hunan Cuisine.

. Ensuring that all food is of excellent quality and served in a timely manner.

. Flexibleadaptability to all roles including dishwashing, disposal of trash etc

. Planningthe menu, keeping in mind budget, and availability of seasonal ingredients.

. Overseeingall kitchen operations. Coordinating kitchen staff, and assisting them asrequired.

. Trainingstaff to prepare and cook all the menu items.

. Takingstock of ingredients and equipment, and placing orders to replenish stock.

. Enforcingsafety and sanitation standards in the kitchen.

. Creatingnew recipes to keep the menu fresh.

. Keepingup to date with industry trends.

. Receivingfeedback and making improvements where necessary.

. Willingto work in weekends and public holidays

. Willingto work long hours.

ChefRequirements:

. Relevanteducation with Past experience as a working chef.

. Advancedknowledge of the culinary arts.

. Perfectionismin sanitation and quality control.

. Portfolioof creative, unique dishes.

. Expertmultitasking ability.

. Greatleadership and interpersonal skills.

. Abilityto run stocktaking and place orders for resupply.

. Exemplarywork ethic in a high-pressure environment.
