The Chef that we are searching for is to be in charge of a particular area of production in a restaurant. We are looking for expertise in the Tandoor (Traditional clay oven oven) which will comprise of kebabs (meat and veg), tandoori grills, clay oven breads.

The qualities of a CDP is execution, management of inventory, enforcement, training, resource allocation, creation of new dishes, intermediary between their team and the head chef.
