Position: North Indian Chef (Tandoor & Curry Specialist)
Location: Singapore
Working Days: 6 days a week (1 day off, rotating shifts)
Job Description:
We are looking for a skilled North Indian Chef experienced in Tandoor and Curry dishes, including Jain food. The role involves bulk cooking in our factory, where food is prepared for over 40 hotels, international schools, and hospitals in Singapore.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare authentic North Indian cuisine (Tandoor, Curry, Jain dishes)
- Maintain consistency, taste, and hygiene standards
- Handle food costing and inventory management
- Support bulk production and daily kitchen operations
- Ensure compliance with HALAL, ISO, HACCP, and GMP standards
Requirements:
- Proven experience in North Indian cuisine and bulk cooking
- Skilled in Tandoor, Curry, and Jain food preparation
- Knowledge of food costing and inventory control
- Team player with good communication skills
- Able to work rotating shifts
