Job Responsibilities:
. Manage day-to-day operations and food preparation

. Able to work weekend and public holiday shift
. Responsible for supervising restaurant's operation and ensuring the performance of cleaning programs and activities is fully implemented and measured
Requirements and skills
. Proven experience as chef
. Knowledge of various cooking procedures and methods (grilling, handling wok etc.)
. Ability to follow all sanitation procedures
. Ability to work in a team
