What You'll Do
- Craft and design menus that excite and delight diners.
- Standardize kitchen processes while managing food costs effectively.
- Lead, train, and inspire the kitchen team to deliver high-quality, consistent dishes.
- Drive product R&D, seasonal menu innovations, and culinary creativity.
- Play a key role in profit-sharing and long-term brand development.
What We're Looking For
- Mastery of at least one of the following cuisines: Chinese, Vegetarian, Japanese, Western, or Indian.
- Prior kitchen management experience preferred.
- An entrepreneurial mindset with passion for building and growing a brand together.
- Strong commitment to hygiene, standardization, and consistency.
