- Maintain good hygiene standard for work station and kitchen and dining equipment
- Ensure good food hygiene and standard
- Asssist in stock take and storage and maintain inventory

Job requirement:
- Adhere to instructions from superiors and comply with company's Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) in all areas of work
- Able to work extra hours when the need arises
- Work as a team with the rest of the kitchen crew, as well as service crew
- Able to work on weekends and Public Holidays, and work schedule will be subjected roster arrangement
