Job Description

Chef skilled in the preparation of North and South Indian cuisines, including North and South Indian sweets, desserts and specialty savouries, urgently required.Must have at least 5 to 7 years prior experience in an Indian kitchen and familiar with special cooking eqipment like the tandoor. Must also be able to work independently, as well as co-ordinate food preparation and menu items with other kitchen staff.
