Key Responsibilities
. Prepare and cook local food and related items
. Manage cook preparation process
. Ensure consistent food quality and taste standards
. Maintain kitchen cleanliness and comply with SFA food safety regulations
. Manage inventory, control food costs, and minimize wastage
. Support daily kitchen operations and teamwork
Requirements
. Experience in kichen or local hawker cuisine preferred
. Strong knowledge of local food preparation
. Able to work in a fast-paced environment
. Responsible, punctual, and team-oriented
. Food Hygiene Certificate preferred
