Job Summary

Responsibilities

  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen to meet safety and sanitation requirements
  • Manage food preparation and kitchen operations to support efficient service delivery
  • Monitor stock levels and assist in ordering ingredients to maintain adequate supplies
  • Ensure compliance with food safety regulations to uphold health standards
  • Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate kitchen tasks and maintain workflow
  • Adapt to shift work, including weekends and public holidays, to support operational needs

Preferred competencies and qualifications

  • Minimum 2-3 years of relevant cooking experience to perform core kitchen duties
  • Experience in specific cuisine preferred to enhance menu authenticity and quality
