Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and cook authentic Thai cuisine according to restaurant standards
  • Handle food preparation such as cutting, marinating and cooking
  • Ensure consistency and quality of dishes
  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen
  • Assist in stock control and inventory management
  • Follow food safety and hygiene regulations
  • Work closely with kitchen team to ensure smooth operations

Requirements:

  • Familiar with Thai cooking methods and ingredients
  • Able to work in fast-paced kitchen environment
  • Able to work on weekends and public holidays
  • Able to stand for long hours
  • Able to handle hot kitchen environment
  • Experience in authentic Thai cuisine preferred
