Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Hotpot Chef to join our team. The ideal candidate should be familiar with hotpot kitchen operations and able to start work immediately.
Job Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook hotpot dishes and soup bases
- Ensure food quality, hygiene, and kitchen cleanliness
- Handle kitchen operations and food preparation efficiently
- Assist in inventory control and stock management
- Maintain consistency in taste and presentation
Job Requirements:
- Prior experience as a Hotpot Chef is required
- Able to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment
- Responsible, hardworking, and team player
- Able to start work immediately or within short notice
Working Hours & Benefits:
- Working hours: 10 hours per day
- Rest day: 1 day per week
- Salary: SGD 3,500 - 5500 (depending on experience)
