Chef de Partie

Your Job Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Ensure mise en place before each service.

Assist in ensuring minimal wastage.

Ensure proper storage of all food items and its working stations.

Prepare and present all dishes according to the Club's recipe.

Ensure the cleanliness of the kitchen, storage area and equipment for hygiene purposes.

Ensure dishes required are prepared according to daily event order(s).

Prepare dishes required for buffet, set lunch and dinner for functions.

Assist in conducting daily stocktake and ensure food items are ordered as required in the daily
and weekly market lists.

Assist to ensure prompt food service during service time.

Assist to monitor the operations.

Assist to check and follow up repair and maintenance work orders.

Handle market list and stock inventory control.

Assist to train assigned trainees.

Assist in administrative work as assigned.

Other responsibilities to be assigned as required.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

Possess Professional Certificate/NITEC and/or Diploma.

Minimum 2 years of experience in a related field is required.

Possess a valid food hygiene and safety certification.

Able to work split shifts, on weekends and public holidays.

Respectful team player who works cordially with peers and others.

Self-driven to manage tasks assigned.

Work well in a fast-paced environment.
