Compensation & Benefits:
- Basic Salary: $2,500 - $3,700/month
- Gross Salary: Up to $4,300++/month(includes OT, bonuses, night shift allowance & more)

Your Role as a Chef de Partie:
- Take charge of your designated kitchen section (hot, cold, or grill - depending on your expertise)
- Collaborate closely with the Sous Chef and Head Chef to execute daily operations
- Ensure presentation, taste, and consistency meet restaurant standards
- Guide and mentor junior chefs (Commis) - foster strong kitchen teamwork
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene at all times (comply with HACCP standards)
- Assist in inventory control, stock rotation, and waste reduction
- Manage docket processes, proper food labeling, and maintenance checks
Who We're Looking For:
- Minimum 5 years of kitchen experience, with at least 2 years as a CDP
- Specialized in Western or Chinese cuisine - indicate your strength
- Team player with strong leadership and time management skills
- Comfortable with rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays
- Open to night shifts (additional allowance provided)
