Chef De Partie

Primary Responsibilities:

The associate will be responsible for management of the entire breakfast operations, and will ensure attentive service is provided to diners and flow of communication is smooth between kitchen and the service team.

Responsibilities

. Responsible for menu planning and daily specials

. Complete knowledge of various methods of cooking for a variety of breakfast served and competent in dealing with multiple orders

. Determine the quantity of food items and mise-en-place to be prepared so to ensure maximum control of wastage food cost

. Ensure food hygiene and kitchen safety

. Monitor and control stock levels

. Responsible for correct handling and basic maintenance of all equipment and machinery.

. Maintain highest standards of professionalism, ethics, grooming and attitude towards associates, guests/customers, and suppliers.

Other Responsibilities:

. Ensure that all Key Policies of are enforced and adhered to.

. To enforce and comply with Rules and Regulations stipulated in the Employee handbook.

. To perform other duties assigned by the Management.

. Attend Workplace Safety and Health meeting to highlight any issues that may cause harm for both staff and guest.

. Support and uphold the Hotel's vision and guiding principles.

. Comply with all local regulations (if any).
