Job Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Chef de Partie to join our high-end kitchen team in Singapore. The ideal candidate demonstrates strong technical ability, discipline, and attention to detail, with a passion for quality ingredients and refined cuisine. This role requires consistency, leadership, and the ability to perform at a high level in a demanding, premium environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and oversee a specific kitchen section (station) during service

  • Prepare, cook, and present dishes according to the restaurant's standards

  • Ensure consistency, quality, and precision in every dish produced

  • Supervise and support commis chefs within the assigned section

  • Maintain cleanliness, organization, and food safety standards at all times

  • Execute mise en place efficiently before service and proper closing procedures

  • Monitor stock levels, reduce waste, and assist with inventory control

  • Communicate effectively with the head chef and kitchen team

  • Uphold the culinary vision and standards of a high-end establishment

Required Skills & Qualities:

Technical Skills:

  • Strong cooking techniques and solid culinary fundamentals

  • Excellent knowledge of ingredients, preparation methods, and seasoning

  • Ability to manage a station independently during service

  • Strong understanding of food hygiene, safety, and sanitation standards

  • Ability to work efficiently and consistently under pressure

Professional Qualities:

  • High level of discipline, organization, and reliability

  • Strong sense of responsibility and accountability

  • Attention to detail in taste, texture, and presentation

  • Ability to follow recipes and standards while maintaining efficiency

Experience & Qualifications:

  • Experience in a high-end or fine dining kitchen preferred

  • Culinary school training is an advantage

  • Fluent English required additional languages are a plus
