Job Summary

Pham Quyen Pte Ltd is looking for a dedicated and responsible Chef De Partie to join our growing team. We are looking for an Indonesian Cuisine specialist to lead our Indonesian Cuisine menu and must have the knowledge in paste making such as Sambal Taliwang, Sambal Belado and other Indonesian food

Responsibilities

• Lead daily kitchen operations to ensure smooth and efficient food production aligned with restaurant standards
• Supervise and mentor Kitchen Assistants to enhance team performance and maintain high-quality food preparation
• Enforce food preparation and cooking standards to deliver consistent and authentic cuisine
• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and kitchen safety standards to comply with health regulations and ensure a safe working environment
• Assist in stock ordering and inventory management to optimize kitchen resources and reduce waste
• Collaborate with management to coordinate kitchen workflow and operational planning for peak efficiency

Required competencies and certifications

• Experience working in a professional kitchen environment
• Ability to independently manage kitchen operations with accountability and organization

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Demonstrated leadership skills in supervising and guiding kitchen teams
• Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced kitchen environment
