Job Summary

Responsibilities
- Lead daily kitchen operations to ensure smooth and efficient food production aligned with restaurant standards
- Supervise and mentor Kitchen Assistants to enhance team performance and maintain high-quality food preparation
- Enforce food preparation and cooking standards to deliver consistent and authentic cuisine
- Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and kitchen safety standards to comply with health regulations and ensure a safe working environment
- Assist in stock ordering and inventory management to optimize kitchen resources and reduce waste
- Collaborate with management to coordinate kitchen workflow and operational planning for peak efficiency
Required competencies and certifications
- Experience working in a professional kitchen environment
- Ability to independently manage kitchen operations with accountability and organization
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Demonstrated leadership skills in supervising and guiding kitchen teams
- Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced kitchen environment
