About the role
As a Chef de Partie at IDA'S EVENTS PTE. LTD., you will play a crucial role in the kitchen, overseeing a specific station or area of food preparation. This is a full-time position based in the West Region, where you will be responsible for delivering exceptional culinary experiences to our clients.

What you'll be doing

1. Preparing and cooking high-quality dishes to the company's standards
2. Coordinating with the Head Chef and other station chefs to ensure timely and efficient food production
3. Maintaining a clean, organised, and hygienic work environment in your station
4. Monitoring inventory levels and placing orders for necessary supplies
5. Providing guidance and training to junior kitchen staff
6. Adhering to all food safety and health regulations

What we're looking for

1. At least 3 years of experience as a Chef de Partie or in a similar role within the hospitality industry
2. Formal culinary training or a relevant qualification in the field of hospitality and tourism
3. Excellent time management and multitasking skills
4. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality dishes
5. Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
6. Passion for food and a desire to continuously learn and improve your culinary skills
