Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Singapore for a Chef De Partie. The Chef De Partie will be responsible for day-to-day food preparation, cooking, and ensuring high standards of culinary execution. Other responsibilities include maintaining hygiene and safety standards, collaborating effectively with team members, and contributing to the creation of exceptional dining experiences. The role requires an adeptness in handling ingredients and flawless execution of recipes while supporting the kitchen's overall efficiency.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Cooking and Culinary Skills to prepare diverse dishes with a focus on quality and presentation
- Comprehensive knowledge of Food Preparation techniques and ingredients
- Strong understanding and application of Hygiene and safety standards in kitchen operations
- Effective Communication skills for seamless coordination within the team
- Prior training and experience in the culinary arts, with a professional culinary certification preferred
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Passion for gastronomy and a commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences
