Job Description

What you'll be doing

. Support the culinary team to ensure smooth and efficient service

. Oversee food preparation and presentation according to company latest SOP

. Train and guide junior kitchen staff

. Monitor stock levels and ensure proper storage of ingredients

. Adhere to strict hygiene, safety, and sanitation practices in the kitchen

. Maintaining grooming standard as per Company guidelines

. Carryout any other culinary duties as per assigned by superior
