Chef de Partie

- Coordinate with the service team to ensure smooth and timely delivery of orders
- Assist with stock control receiving, storage, labelling, and rotation (FFO)
- Minimise wastage and report any qualityor equipment issues promptly
- Maintain cleanliness and compliance with SFA food hygiene and safety standards
- Guide and support junior kitchen staff when required
- Able to work independently on a station during peak hours
