Job Description

Our partner is an established hospitality group with a diverse portfolio of award-winning restaurants throughout Asia. Their beloved modern French restaurant showcases delightful dishes featuring the best seasonal ingredients in an approachable and lively setting. We are now seeking a Chef de Cuisine who is intimately knowledgeable and passionate about modern French bistro cuisine.

The Chef de Cuisine will:

  • Oversee the culinary activities and operations of the restaurant,
  • Develop an exciting menu of approachable, modern French dishes,
  • Ensure seamless preparation and execution of daily service,
  • Recruit, train, and direct a team to deliver consistently high-quality guest experience,
  • Continuously develop the team's skills and knowledge,
  • Foster an inspiring, safe, and productive work environment,
  • Work closely with suppliers to ensure quality and consistency of product,
  • Maintain food and labour costs while maximising sales to ensure profitability.

We seek candidates with:

  • 5+ years of culinary experience working with French cuisine,
  • 3+ years of management experience in well-regarded, full-service restaurants,
  • A passion for nurturing and developing a diverse team,
  • A natural inclination to deliver consistent excellence.
