Key Responsibilities:
. Prepare and cook meals according to recipes and restaurant standards.
. Ensure all food items are properly stored, labeled, and rotated.
. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, including workstations and equipment.
. Follow food safety and hygiene regulations to ensure compliance with health codes.
. Assist in menu planning and suggest new dishes.
. Monitor food stock and coordinate with kitchen staff for timely replenishment.
. Work as part of a team to ensure timely food preparation and customer satisfaction.
. Adhere to portion control and minimize food waste.
. Assist food preparation (chopping, washing, marinating)
. Helps in plating and garnishing dishes
. Maintains kitchen cleanliness and hygiene
Requirements:
. Proven experience as a Cook or in a similar role.
. Knowledge of various cooking techniques and Chinese cuisines .
. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
. Strong attention to detail and food presentation.
. Non-halal dishes (Pork)
