Job Description
Responsible for the preparation, production, and output of daily baked goods, including bread, pastries, desserts, and related products.
Produce according to the company's established recipes and standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistent product quality.
Supervise and control the use of baking raw materials to reduce waste and ensure food costs are within a reasonable range.
Ensure the kitchen and baking area meet Singapore Food Safety and Hygiene Standards (SFA/NEA).
Regularly check equipment operation to ensure ovens and related appliances are safe and functioning properly.
Cooperate with the kitchen and front-line teams to ensure timely product supply.
Assist in the research and development or improvement of baked goods.
Job Requirements
At least 3 years of relevant baking or kitchen work experience.
Basic baking knowledge and familiarity with bread, cake, or dessert production processes.
Able to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to early morning or shift work arrangements.
Good time management skills and teamwork spirit.
Understanding of food hygiene and safety operating standards.
Preference will be given to candidates who can independently complete daily baking tasks.
