Job Description
We are looking for a committed and skilled Chef to support daily kitchen operations and ensure the consistent delivery of high-quality dishes. This role involves food preparation, maintaining kitchen standards, and contributing to efficient menu execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook dishes in accordance with established recipes and quality standards
- Ensure consistency in food quality, taste, and presentation
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen areas and workstations
- Adhere strictly to food safety, hygiene, and sanitation guidelines
- Assist with inventory management, including proper storage and stock rotation
- Support menu planning and contribute ideas for new dishes or enhancements
- Work closely with team members to ensure smooth and efficient kitchen operations
- Monitor and minimize food wastage
Job Requirements
- Relevant experience in food preparation, cooking, or kitchen operations
- Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices
- Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced environment
