Roles & Responsibilities

Job Description

The ideal candidate is/shall:

- Provide chauffeuring services to senior management to/from meeting venues and the airport, and occasionally to ferry staff and foreign guests.

- Able to deliver high service standards, maintain confidentiality and communicate well with guests and people from all levels.

- Has a pleasant personality and possess good attributes like punctuality, understanding, compassion, diligence, hygiene and cleanliness.

- Regularly wash, keep three company cars immaculate and well-maintained.

- Carry out office duties, including collection of goods from warehouses.

- Pick up office purchases or urgent stocks from warehouse and deliver them.

- Loading and unloading of goods to designated locations when required.

- Other-ad hoc duties when assigned.

Requirements

- A Valid Class 3/3A Driving license with a Clean Driving record.

- Minimum 3-years of relevant experience in similar capacity.

- Physically fit with good eye sight

- Familiarity with Singapore roads and operate GPS.

- Proven experience in handling large passenger cars.

- Punctual, diligent and reliable.

- Proficiency in spoken and written English.

- Working hours: 5 days from 8.45am to 6.30pm, Monday to Friday. Flexibility to work varied hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays if needed.
