Key Responsibilities
- Collect and organize market vessel information to support business decision-making
- Identify suitable vessel capacity based on cargo requirements, negotiate, and conclude chartering contracts
- Assist business teams in resolving issues during charter party execution
- Develop new partnerships with shipowners and maintain strong relationships with existing ones

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
Education & Background
- Bachelor's degree or above in Maritime Studies or a related field
- Minimum 1 year of experience in bulk shipping chartering prior bulk chartering experience is highly preferred
- Strong English writing and communication skills, with fluency in Chinese (spoken and written)
- Proactive, responsible, with excellent interpersonal and teamwork abilities
