Chartering Executive

Are you an experienced shipping professional with a focus on chartering and market-driven decision-making Join a fast-paced maritime team where strategic thinking meets operational delivery. We are looking for a Chartering Executive to collaborate with senior leadership and internal teams - enhancing fleet utilization, managing chartering agreements, overseeing contracts, and ensuring seamless execution of voyages.

Location: Singapore

Key Responsibilities:

. Identify commercial opportunities and assess vessel deployment for optimal efficiency

. Maintain organized records of charter agreements, negotiations, and operational communications

. Monitor vessel performance and address operational or contractual challenges promptly

. Liaise with service providers and partners to coordinate smooth loading, unloading, and transit operations

. Negotiate charter terms, service agreements, and contracts

. Prepare and share operational and market updates with management and stakeholders

. Guide ship teams on voyage planning and execution activities

Requirements:

. Diploma or Degree in Shipping, Logistics, Maritime Studies, or a related field

. At least 4 years experience in chartering

. Strong negotiation skills and commercial awareness in shipping operations

. Experience managing contracts, disputes, or operational claims is advantageous

. Excellent communication skills with internal teams and external partners
