We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Chartered Accountant (CA) to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will have 6-8 years of experience in accounting, auditing, and tax compliance, and will be responsible for ensuring the integrity of our financial data and compliance with regulatory requirements.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and review financial statements in compliance with accounting standards.
- Conduct audits and ensure adherence to regulatory guidelines.
- Manage taxation matters including filing returns and compliance.
- Assist in budgeting and forecasting activities.
- Provide financial analysis and advice for strategic decision-making.
- Maintain accurate financial records and documentation.
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve financial processes.
Skills and Qualifications
- Chartered Accountant (CA) certification is mandatory.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and standards (IND AS, IFRS).
- Proficient in accounting software such as Tally, SAP, or QuickBooks.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills to interact with clients and stakeholders.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
