Job Description

Support the Channel FIBD Operations Lead in building and executing sales and channel operations from 0 to 1. This is a role focused on executing workflows, managing onboarding tasks, maintaining documentation, and supporting cross-functional coordination.

What You Will Do

  • Execute workflows: Support the design and execution of sales operations workflows and channel processes.
  • Onboarding support: Assist with onboarding tasks for channels, partners, and clients, including documentation and coordination.
  • Pipeline tracking: Maintain pipeline visibility, track opportunity progression, and support reporting.
  • Documentation: Help create and update SOPs, playbooks, templates, and operational documentation.
  • Client assessment support: Gather data and support the opportunity assessment and client quality evaluation process.
  • Cross-functional coordination: Coordinate with Sales, Product, Operations, and Compliance teams to support execution and remove minor bottlenecks.
  • Data & reporting: Support data collection, analysis, and reporting to improve productivity and process efficiency.
  • Process improvement: Identify and suggest improvements to operating routines and workflows.

What We Are Looking For

  • 3–4 years of experience in operations, sales support, business operations, or a related operational role.
  • Experience working with workflows, processes, or operational documentation.
  • Familiarity with onboarding processes, pipeline tracking, or sales support tasks.
  • Ability to create clear, organized documentation and maintain SOPs.
  • Analytical mindset with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
  • Experience in payment industry is necessary.
