Job Description

Own and build the sales operations and channel operations infrastructure for FIBD from the ground up. This is a hands-on 0–1 role focused on designing end-to-end workflows, establishing onboarding processes, creating SOPs, and driving cross-functional execution.

What You Will Do

  • Build from scratch: Design and implement sales operations workflows, frameworks, and governance for channel FIBD.
  • Onboarding & processes: Define and manage onboarding workflows for channels, partners, and clients.
  • Pipeline ownership: Own pipeline management end-to-end, including visibility, tracking, opportunity progression, and reporting.
  • SOP & playbooks: Create SOPs, playbooks, templates, and operational tools to ensure consistent execution.
  • Opportunity frameworks: Develop structured frameworks for opportunity assessment, client quality evaluation, and prioritization.
  • Cross-functional coordination: Collaborate with Sales, Product, Marketing, Operations, Compliance, and other teams to remove bottlenecks and align execution.
  • Data-driven improvement: Use data and insights to improve productivity, quality, and scalability.
  • Process optimization: Drive continuous improvement in operating routines, escalation handling, and cross-team collaboration.

What We Are Looking For

  • 8+ years of experience in sales operations, sales enablement, business operations, or a commercially oriented operational role.
  • Proven experience building workflows, processes, or operating frameworks from scratch.
  • Strong experience designing and managing onboarding workflows and channel/partner processes.
  • Demonstrated ability to create clear, practical SOPs, playbooks, and process documentation.
  • Strong analytical mindset, structured thinking, and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently, influence stakeholders, and connect multiple functions.
  • Comfort working in ambiguity and scaling processes in a fast-moving environment.
  • Experience in fintech, payments, crypto, SaaS, or other high-growth environments is preferred.
