Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute channel sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand market reach.
  • Identify and prioritize potential channel partners based on market trends,
    competitive analysis, and business objectives.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key channel partners, including retailers, distributors, and online marketplaces.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, operations, and product development, to support channel sales initiatives and ensure alignment with overall business goals.
  • Negotiate partnership agreements and contracts with channel partners to secure favourable terms and maximize revenue opportunities.
  • Provide ongoing support and training to channel partners to optimize sales
    performance and enhance product knowledge.
  • Monitor and analyse sales performance metrics, market trends, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Develop and implement promotional campaigns, incentives, and marketing
    programs to drive sell-through and increase product visibility in the channel.
  • Prepare regular reports and presentations for senior management on channel sales performance, forecasts, and strategic initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • Proven experience in sales roles within the gaming or entertainment industry, with a focus on the Asia market.
  • Strong understanding of the gaming industry landscape in Asia, including market dynamics, distribution channels, and consumer preferences.
  • Excellent sales and negotiation skills, with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with partners and stakeholders, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Results-driven mindset with a focus on delivering measurable business outcomes and driving continuous improvement.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to travel frequently within the Asia region for business meetings, partner visits, and industry events.
