Job Description

An opportunity has opened with a well-established global technology business for a Partner Manager to help grow and strengthen its ecosystem across South East Asia.

This role would suit someone who enjoys working in an international environment, collaborating with teams across multiple regions, and representing innovative enterprise technology in a high-trust, partner-led sales model.

You will be responsible for developing new partner relationships while also growing and supporting an existing network of strategic partners, resellers and systems integrators. The focus is on building long-term commercial value, increasing partner engagement, and driving revenue through a structured and proactive go-to-market approach.

Key responsibilities

  • Identify, engage and onboard new partners aligned to regional growth objectives
  • Manage and develop existing partner relationships across resellers, integrators and application-focused partners
  • Create and deliver partner sales plans to drive revenue growth and market coverage
  • Work closely with marketing and wider international teams on campaigns, events and joint initiatives
  • Build and maintain a healthy partner-led pipeline across the region
  • Conduct regular partner reviews to assess performance, identify opportunities and address challenges
  • Negotiate commercial terms and manage agreements to ensure strong mutual value
  • Track partner success against agreed objectives and performance measures
  • Provide accurate forecasting and regular market feedback to leadership
  • Stay informed on sector trends, competitive activity and technology developments

What we are looking for

  • Strong experience building and expanding a partner or channel ecosystem within enterprise technology
  • Proven success working with resellers, systems integrators and strategic alliance partners
  • Strong commercial ability with a track record of closing deals and delivering against targets
  • Good understanding of the IT channel landscape across South East Asia
  • Experience creating and executing partner plans that lead to measurable revenue outcomes
  • Confidence building relationships with senior decision-makers and influencing at multiple levels
  • Commercially astute, creative and able to develop tailored value propositions for different partners
  • Comfortable negotiating agreements and managing relationships through the full lifecycle
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Experience in complex software, data, platform or healthcare-related technology environments would be advantageous

Base $180k-220k SGD

OTE- $280K-320k SGD
