JOB SUMMARY:
The Sales Engineer supports sales and business development activities for field measuring instruments in Asean and South Asia through authorized distributors and customers. This role provides exposure to distribution sales, technical product support, and customer engagement, with structured training provided.
KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Sales & Market Development: Support sales growth through appointed distributors in assigned territories in line with company targets and policies.
- Technical Sales & Application Support: Provide product demonstrations, application guidance, and technical support to distributors and customers.
- Distributor & Channel Support: Support distributor sales activities through joint visits, training, and product knowledge enablement.
- Pre-Sales & Commercial Support: Assist in quotation, proposal, and sales documentation preparation using CRM systems and internal tools.
- Marketing & Promotion Support: Support sales campaigns, product launches, and participation in exhibitions and seminars.
- Market Intelligence: Monitor market developments and customer requirements and provide structured feedback for internal reference.
- Internal Coordination & Reporting: Coordinate with internal teams and maintain accurate CRM records and sales activity reports.
Education and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical, Electronics, Industrial, or related)
- 1-5 years of experience in technical or sales engineering with strong product knowledge fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Excellent communication skills able to translate technical solutions into business value willing to travel
