The role is about:

As Channels and Partners Director, you will be leading partners recruiting and on-going corporate relationships

Responsibilities

Undertake the company's strategy in the Australia, Japan and South Korea, the Middle East, Europe regions, and responsible for the implementation of business strategy.

Responsible for the overall strategic planning and regional operation of the above regionLeading the translation of partnerships strategy and derived partners recruiting process within the organization.

To develop strong relationships with partners and connect with key business executives.

Ensuring partnerships success by maintain strong and positive relationships with partners.

Requirements:

8+ years of experience in partners management, including recruiting, governance, on- going monitoring and relationship management.

Proven experience within a software company of recruiting various types of GTM and technology partnersDeep understanding of partners ecosystem, types of partners, motivation, business model, strengths and weaknesses, etc.

Communicating effectively with partners to resolve issues, provide support, and foster long-term relationships.

Ability to work and execute in a matrix structure with many other units.

Strong interpersonal skills with ability to build and maintain a network of relationships within the organization and outside of it.

Self-starter, proactive and accountable who can excel in a fast-paced, highly demanding, and fluid and uncertain environment.
