About the Role
We are seeking 2 highly driven Channel Partner Managers to expand our partner ecosystem in Singapore through the acquisition and development of new channel partners.
This is primarily a business development and hunting role focused on identifying, recruiting, onboarding, and enabling new distributors, value-added resellers (VARs), system integrators (SIs), and independent channel partners. The successful candidate will play a key role in expanding market coverage and driving revenue growth across enterprise networking, wireless infrastructure, surveillance, and security solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, qualify, recruit, and onboard new channel partners across the Singapore market.
- Develop and execute channel acquisition strategies to expand market coverage and increase revenue opportunities.
- Establish relationships with distributors, system integrators, managed service providers, resellers, consultants, and other channel stakeholders.
- Conduct business development activities including partner visits, networking events, seminars, exhibitions, roadshows, and industry engagement programs.
- Drive partner enablement through product training, business planning, sales support and go-to-market initiatives.
- Collaborate closely with internal sales, pre-sales, product management, and marketing teams to ensure successful partner activation and growth.
- Negotiate commercial agreements, business terms, rebate programs, and channel incentive structures.
- Maintain accurate pipeline visibility, partner development plans, and sales forecasts through CRM systems.
- Monitor market developments, channel trends, competitive activities, and emerging opportunities within the Singapore ICT and security landscape.
- Achieve assigned channel acquisition, revenue, and business growth objectives.

Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in channel sales, partner management system integrators, business development, distribution sales, or indirect sales within the ICT, networking, telecommunications, surveillance, security, or related technology sectors.
- Open to degree holders from any recognized institutions
- Demonstrated experience in identifying and acquiring new channel partners and business opportunities.
- Partner SI and distributors to sell to tier 2 and 3 customers, SMB enterprises.
- Understanding of channel sales models, distribution structures, and partner ecosystems.
- Strong business development, negotiation, stakeholder management, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong commercial acumen and a results-oriented mindset.
- Experience using CRM platforms and structured pipeline management methodologies.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and partner engagement skills.
