Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Channel Partner Manager to build, manage, and scale ProfilePrint's global partner ecosystem. This role is responsible for recruiting, enabling, and driving revenue through channel partners including distributors, system integrators, technology partners, and industry solutionproviders.
The ideal candidate has strong experience in partner-led growth, understands enterprise B2B sales environments, and can translate technical AI solutions into compelling partner value propositions.
Key Responsibilities
Partner Strategy & Ecosystem Development
- Define and execute ProfilePrint's channel partner strategy aligned with global and regional growth objectives
- Identify, recruit, and onboard high-potential channel partners across priority markets
- Segment partners (resellers, distributors, integrators, OEMs, strategic alliances) and define engagement models
Partner Enablement & Success
- Develop partner onboarding, training, and certification programs
- Equip partners with sales tools, product knowledge, and go-to-market materials
- Act as the primary point of contact for partners, ensuring alignment and ongoing engagement
Revenue Growth & Co-Selling
- Drive partner-sourced and partner-influenced revenue
- Support partners in deal qualification, solution positioning, pilots/POCs, and contract negotiations
- Collaborate closely with direct sales and customer success teams on co-selling and account planning
Go-to-Market & Programs
- Design and execute joint go-to-market initiatives, campaigns, and industry solutions with partners
- Define partner incentives, commercial frameworks, and performance metrics
- Track partner performance and optimize the channel for scale and efficiency
Internal Collaboration & Market Feedback
- Provide structured feedback from partners on customer needs, competitive dynamics, and market trends
- Work cross-functionally with product, marketing, and leadership teams to refine partner offerings and strategy
Requirements
Experience
- 5+ years of experience in channel partnerships, alliances, or indirect sales
- Proven success building and scaling partner ecosystems in B2B enterprise technology, SaaS, AI, data, or industrial tech
- Experience working with distributors, resellers, system integrators, or strategic partners
- Exposure to agrifood, food manufacturing, commodities, supply chain, or industrial sectors is a strong advantage

- Excellent relationship management and stakeholder engagement skills
- Ability to align partner objectives with company growth goals
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, scaling startup environment
